Terms & Conditions between Topaz Cards & Consumer

It is the responsibility of the client to pre book tables, appointments or rooms for the chosen service stating they wish to use a Topaz-Card privilege cards.

The Topaz-Cards Privilege Card is intended for individual and/or personal use and is strictly non-transferable. Please notify the customer services department immediately of a lost or stolen card. A replacement card will cost £10. To ensure the clients full year membership from the date of joining, Topaz-Cards will grant an extra 7 days free, to cover any lost time in postage and administration.

Any misuse of the card reported from our affiliated partners, will result in the card being cancelled with immediate effect. The Topaz Privilege Card is issued by and remains the property of Topaz-Cards Ltd. who reserves the right, without prior notice, to decline the issue, re-issue, renewal or replacement of a membership card and to suspend its use. Our Affiliated Partners reserve the right to request proof of identification that you are the Topaz-Card member.

Topaz-Cards will to the best of our ability keep the website updated with all the latest information. We cannot be held responsible for the written or photographic content attaining to description either on our printed material or website. Topaz-Cards will display the individual Affiliated Partners criteria, what discounts are acceptable for use, both on our website and printed material. All offers in restaurants exclude drinks unless stated otherwise.

Topaz- Cards will not be held responsible with the client's dissatisfaction of the service offered from any of the companies advertised on the website or service received.

Topaz Cards will endeavor to pursue any complaint on behalf of the client where the advertised offer is not being adhered to. All complaints as above must be made in writing via email or post.

If after using the card you are not happy with its savings and can substantiate an acceptable reason, then Topaz-Cards will then adhere to a 100% money back guarantee.
